EU Masters 2v2 - Playoffs Week 2

SHS E-Sport Makes Push


After only taking 3rd in their group, they were able to disable Double G in Week 1, sweeping them 4-0. But in Week 2 is where they shined.


They edged out Aubameyang OP in a close series, that ended 4-3 in SHS E-Sport’s favor. Though they lost to BS+ Comp in the Semi-Finals, they did not backed down and beat Aubameyang OP once again, but in dominating fashion. Winning the series 4-1. In the Finals, BS+ Comp proved to be to much, but a great effort pushed them to a 2nd place finish in the EU Masters 2v2 Playoffs.


BS+ Competition Run the Table


In the opening round, BS+ Comp looked like one of the top teams. Taking down Bronze Players 4-2 in the process.


The started of Week 2 very well, beating FF Gingembre in a back and forth series. They got to play SHS E-Sport in the Semi-Finals, which was a team they played in the Group Stage and won 3-2. And with another chance to beat them, they won 4-3 and booked a spot in the Finals. Without losing a series. They took home the 1st place prize, and were crowned the EU Masters 2v2 Champions!


FF Gingembre Dismantled


Even though FF Gingembre lost in the Upper Quarter-Finals, they got to play Mewencyl who has had they up and downs throughout the EU Masters. FF Gingembre was looking great, and won the series 4-2.


Moving on to play Aubameyang OP, one of the top competitors who had their way in the Group Stage. But Aubameyang OP won the series, doing so in dominating fashion, 4-1. Aubameyang OP knocked out FF Gingembre.


EU Masters Wrapped Up


One of the longest series of tournaments comes to a close. With outstanding competition and entertaining games. It was loads of fun watching these players duke it out with MikaLva coming out on top for 1v1 and BS+ Competition for 2v2.

We all hope more will come. More and more teams are looking to show the world what they got.
