Interview with Beeps

Thank you for taking the time to answer some questions!

Make sure to check him out on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxAB_8GVZGIbcUDFGLgptdg

Now, with the interview.

1. What are you looking forward to the most in playing in the Invitational?

Beeps- “I am looking forward to playing head to head with the best players in our region and getting to see how I can perform under pressure! Just being invited after the countless hours I've put into SideSwipe just making it all worth it and is very exciting!”

2. Do you have a game plan or strategy in mind?

Beeps- “Since Sideswipe is so new the strategy for each opponent it is almost different considering how all the top players have there specialty shots and mechanics they do every game. The one thing would be over committing as soon as you make a single mistake it will cost you a goal so if that entails not using all my mechanics to the best of there ability's and just make sure I'm staying consistent that would be the perfect game plan!”

3.Out of all of the competitors, who would you like to play against and beat?

Beeps- “My goal is to practice enough till I'm able to beat Blossuhm, Alex and Rayzoxss these 3 players I always struggle to beat so the goal will be to knock one of them out of the tournament!”

I wish you the best of luck! I’m looking forward to a great tournament.

Predictions

With the first big NA event taking place tonight, this will be the first test for these players.

Rayzoxxs and Alex Roll Through Upper Bracket

Even thought this bracket will have the overall best performing players, Rayzoxxs and Alex continue their dominance through the upper bracket.

Rayzoxxs has a close series with Aslan but moves on and Alex almost loses to Beeps but dominates Fnord in the Upper Semi-Final.

Haru Upsets Control

In my opinion, this is not much of an upset. But by the seeding, that is what it is. The high seeding was very generous for Control.

But Haru beats Control and gets close to beating Aslan, but falls short.

Fnord Performs

Fnord is a very consistent player and did great in the Weekly Tournaments. Fnord will bear down and beat Factor than beat Amir in a close series. But he eventually loses to Alex in the Upper Semi-Final.

Emeric Makes Lower Bracket Run

With Emeric losing to Aslan, he will make a push through the lower bracket, but gets just short of the Top 4.

Preparation Will Be Key

The preparation that these players put in before hand will be critical in deciding some of these matchups. The question is, who wants it more?

I am very excited to see how this plays out, and see if some of these predictions are right.
