Shorez Trialling For R!OT, Tango Finds New Home With Previous Canberra Havoc Lineup

Despite two solid splits in a row, with R!OT Gaming 3rd in Fall and 6th in Winter, Mustafa ‘Tango‘ Alshaik appears to be departing from the team for the Spring Split. In his place to join kaka and Finn on R!OT, currently appears to be Tai ‘Shorez’ Kibble.

Although the 16 year old phenom doesn’t have a host of experience at the highest level, his results with ‘The Grogans’ in Winter, including a top 8 in the third regional, were solid, and he possesses a lot of potential for the team. The move is still being processed as kaka and Finn consider all available options, but initial signs are promising.

As for Tango, who’s on the way out from R!OT, he will be looking to team with seasoned veterans Walcott, who has been removed from the Dire Wolves, and returning top player SPYDOGE, who has only played a sole closed qualifier for the season so far.

With Walcott’s and SPYDOGE’s experience in attendance at worlds in season 8 for Canberra Havoc, paired with Tango’s youth and flair, the new lineup should be a contender for top 8 in the coming split.
