Despite coming 1st in APAC in Fall, and 2nd in Winter, Tokyo Verdy’s lineup has seemed below their full potential at stages throughout the season. After qualifying for Stockholm, the team replaced Maru with Kenma, but following a failure to qualify for LA, are on the verge of another change.
According to sources, and as recently reported by Shift, Isaac ‘signs’ Cooper is all but set to join Tokyo Verdy over the coming days. The American 23 year old will be joining the Japanese super duo of Tenhow and ReaLize for Spring.
Having proven his worth greatly on the Hilltop Picnic lineup, making the region’s first ever grand final and qualifying for numerous top 8s, Tokyo Verdy will be hoping that sigms can provide the spark to bring the roster back to LAN in London.
